Miri Africa was established to address one of the continent’s most urgent and under-measured challenges — environmental data visibility. Across many African cities and industrial zones, air quality and climate data remain fragmented, inaccessible, or entirely unavailable.
Recognizing this need, Miri Africa was founded to design and deploy scalable environmental monitoring systems tailored to emerging markets. By combining advanced sensing technology and intuitive dashboards, we enable institutions to access reliable environmental insights in real time.
Today, Miri Africa partners with government agencies, urban planners, and private sector organizations to strengthen environmental transparency and support data-driven climate action across the continent.

With a background in environmental systems and technology deployment, the Founder leads Miri Africa's strategic vision and partnerships. Driven by a commitment to environmental accountability, they oversee the expansion of monitoring infrastructure and institutional collaborations across the region.

LEAD ENGINEER
The Lead Engineer oversees the design, development, and optimization of Miri Africa’s hardware and system integrations. With strong expertise in embedded systems, sensor calibration, and infrastructure deployment, they ensure our monitoring devices operate with precision, durability, and efficiency across diverse environmental conditions.

Responsible for driving research strategy and knowledge development, this role focuses on leading data-driven insights, conducting rigorous analysis, and guiding evidence-based decision-making to support innovation, product development, and strategic growth initiatives.
